Entrances:
When entering and exiting the Pit we ask that you only use the gallery entrance; our other entrance is the entrance to the in-house office which is not open to the public (No.101 - the double black doors at the top of the steps).

Meeting rooms:
Please ensure you only use the meeting room/space you have pre-booked. If you have not booked a room it might not be available to use which could result in disruption to Pit residents or other visitors.

Equipment use:
The Pit offers a wide variety of equipment: including state of the art video conference, projection and communication equipment, presentation tools, cables and stationary. Guests are welcome to use any equipment they require, so please specify pre visit and a member of our operations team will ensure it is there for you on arrival. If you require any additional equipment during your visit please discuss this with a member of staff and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

We ask that all equipment is handled with care and respect, and any questions regarding equipment use please ask. If a piece of equipment is broken, please inform a member of staff.

Artwork:
We have some great artwork on show around the office, most of which is for sale so please ask if you are interested in purchasing any of it. Please also take care not to touch it in case of damaging it in any way.

Kitchen:
We have a kitchen available for use, equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and kitchenware. Complimentary tea, coffee are available, so please feel free to help yourself. Our kitchen tap has settings for cold, warm and boiling water, but please be careful when using the boiling setting - instructions will be provided.

Toilets:
Toilets are located on the kitchen side of the building, down the corridor and opposite the vanity/shower room. Please ensure any used paper towels are put in the bins provided and not the toilet.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the building or courtyard. Only smoke outside.
