Host rules

- There is no alcohol permitted in either of our venues.
- Your booked time must include all setting up, decor, equipment, event time, packing away and cleaning. You will only be allowed to access the hall at your booking start time, and the hall must be clean and evacuated by the booking end time.
- We do not have any way of storing or disposing of rubbish bags, so these must be taken away with you.
- In order to book, we need a booking form to be completed, plus a refundable deposit of £50 to be paid.
- The remaining balance is then due a minimum 14 days before your event date.
- Room hire fees include use of the hall, tables and chairs.
- Music must be kept to a reasonable level throughout your event. Music and microphones must be off by 9.30pm absolute latest. If your event host asks you to manage the volume, please assist them by doing as they ask.
- If the room is left untidy, unclean, damaged, or you leave the venue after your booked time, you may lose part or all of your deposit.


The Hub is a new building with newly refurbished reception/ lounge area made especially for community use.

It's perfect for birthday parties, meetings, presentations and many other types of events that you may have in mind. Also, there is an inbuilt projector and screen which can be made available upon request.
