Originally created to support our own community of growing businesses, we are now offering the suite to hire to all organisations and are open to discussing longer term arrangements for organisations with ongoing requirements.

At Cambridge Innovation Parks we offer various types of space ranging from affordable Virtual Offices to bespoke Large Offices and Dry Labs. In between, within our recently modernised Innovation Epicentre we offer “Collaboration Space” Hot Desks and serviced 1-4 people smaller “Start Up” Offices and within Stirling House we have our small to medium “midi” offices especially designed to support modern hybrid working. Supplementing these, we have a variety of Meeting Rooms for between 2 – 20 people and a brand new Conference, Training & Event Suite for up to 65 people. These are all available to book online with the ability to customise to your specific needs through our Client Services team.

You can book daily Hot Desks for just £30 (inc. VAT). Our Conference, Training, and Event Suite is currently priced with an introductory offer of £450 (inc. VAT) per day with our meeting rooms bookable for 1, 2, or 4 hours or by the day. Our range of meeting rooms is designed to suit all budgets.

We have high-speed fibre connections, ample parking, meeting, and conference rooms and over 10 acres of accessible parkland.
