About Knowlton Court
Set your wedding in the 1,900 acres of peaceful countryside surrounding Knowlton Court. The Grade I listed manor house nestled in the Garden of England offers plenty of space for a big family celebration or a short break in an idyllic setting. Play lawn games with your loved ones, set up fairground rides or simply relax in one of the venue’s self-catering holiday cottages. Up to 64 guests can stay overnight at the estate.
Create a menu to remember, working with the venue team who have established ongoing partnerships with local and London-based caterers. Wedding couples are free to organise their weekend of celebration in a personal way, choosing at what time to hold their ceremony and all the following parts of their big day. Whether you dream of a humanist outdoor wedding or a traditional blessing in a chapel, Knowlton Court has got you covered.
The secluded Knowlton estate lies in the Dover district of Kent, close to the villages of Chillenden and Goodnestone. The Kent Downs AONB and Wingham Wildlife Park attract visitors to the area. As a coastal town, Dover is also a popular destination, featuring the Dover Castle containing a military museum.
