Swarling Manor is in the most stunning rural location surrounding a 17th century manor house, complete with a marquee, a rustic barn and a romantic rose garden all nestled inside an 80 acres of beautiful kentish countryside.
We have a choice of indoor and outdoor areas, choose from the lawns, in the woodland, the maypole or the barn, it's totally up to you.
When you get have your event at Swarling Manor the venue is yours for the entire day, meaning all of the grounds, barns, marquee and rose garden is completely yours to do as you wish on the day.
We will help you design your perfect event and give you our advice on how you can use our grounds and what you could do in each space and the possibilities are endless. We pride ourselves on working with you to create the day of your dreams without any rules or restrictions, we make the impossible possible.
