Situated to the right of the entrance, our Lounge Area is an ideal choice for intimate gatherings, offering a combination of booth and low table seating. This versatile space accommodates up to 42 people and is fully customizable to suit your event needs.

Soundproof Door: A soundproof door leads into The Theatre, offering a degree of separation if you're hosting an event with multiple areas.
Graphics Display: You’re welcome to showcase your own graphics on the screens in this space, making it ideal for presentations or branding.
Buffet Area: A dedicated area can be easily set up for a buffet or catering, ensuring that your guests are well-fed throughout your event.

Booking Details:
Exclusive Use: The space can be booked exclusively for groups of 25 or more.
No Private Bar or Toilets: Please note that this area is part of the main bar zone and does not have private bar or toilet facilities.

Originally the Alexandra Music Hall and Penny Theatre which operated between 1750 and 1903, today's pub is the best place for food, cocktails, music and sport in Canterbury.
