VENUE DESCRIPTION

Gaucho Cardiff is an upscale Argentine steakhouse located on Westgate Street, near Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium. Known for its luxurious ambiance, the restaurant features a chic, modern design with touches of Argentine culture. The menu centres around premium Argentine beef, offering a variety of cuts like ribeye, sirloin, fillet and rump, alongside South American-inspired dishes such as empanadas and ceviche. There are also vegetarian and seafood options, and decadent desserts like Dulce de Leche cheesecake.

We bring Argentina's rich culinary traditions to life with grass-fed beef from the Pampas region and traditional cooking methods like the Argentine asado. The extensive wine list, particularly Malbec, and knowledgeable sommeliers enhance the experience. Gaucho's sophisticated interiors, featuring rich materials, ambient lighting, and artistic elements reflecting Argentine culture, create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.

SUSTAINABILITY AND IMPACT

- As an organisation, we are determined to become a net-zero business by the year 2040.
- One of our goals is to support British suppliers where possible, which means the food and drink sourced in M restaurants is proud to champion local produce.
- We acknowledge the significant environmental impact of the production of our beef, including Argentinian, Kobe and Wagyu. As a result, we target, measure and act on carbon emissions to reduce its negative effect.
