The apartment is part of a residential community, hence hen, stag parties, or loud noises are not allowed. For safety, the entryway and outside the property are monitored by CCTV. The property promotes an eco-friendly lifestyle in line with Cardiff Council's One Planet Cardiff Vision. Free street parking is available within a 3-minute walk from the property but may be limited at peak times. We provide you with a map of where to find possible available free parking in the area,
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit, and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
