On your wedding day at Ellingham Hall, you can truly feel at home. The entire 8-acre property will be exclusively yours throughout the entire wedding day or weekend. Enjoy the beautifully restored, luxurious interiors and plenty of photo opportunities, including a lovely little stream with mini waterfalls, which flows through the estate grounds. Ellingham Hall prides itself on its dedicated team of professionals, ready to accommodate all of your needs. Besides the stunning interiors, you can also find here a couple of extended reception spaces, such as the outdoor patio area or rooftop terraces. On top of all that, the venue has also prepared an overnight stay for you and your guests, with 29 luxurious bedrooms ready to sleep up to 56 guests.

Hire of the Hall for weddings includes the following;
- Exclusive use of the Hall and grounds, including all 18 beautiful presented bedrooms
in the main hall for a two-night wedding celebration (33 guests)
- Express check-in from 4pm the night prior to your wedding
- Evening food for Hall guests and a fully staffed bar the night prior to the wedding
- Grab and go breakfast for all Hall guests on the morning of the wedding
- Dedicated time to allow you to decorate the venue the day prior to your wedding
- Private access to our underground games room
- Late morning check-out at 11am on day of departure
- An experienced and award-winning wedding events team to help coordinate your day

Ellingham Estate Wedding Hire

Hire of the estate includes all of the benefits of hall and also includes use of all 7
luxury estate cottages sleeping a further 36 guests for a two-night wedding
celebration (69 guests). Hire of the estate includes a 10% group booking discount
against regular cottage hire prices.

The venue offers many different spaces, featuring a number of ornate function rooms and lots of outdoor space, including the reception patio. At the Ellingham Hall, the day is truly yours - the experienced and friendly staff is ready to help you with everything you need throughout the entire event. Previous guests often mentioned how happy they were with the outstanding service and delicious locally prepared food.

The property is situated in Chathill hamlet, north of Newcastle upon Tyne. It’s situated in the tranquil countryside, allowing you to have some peace and quiet during your wedding celebrations. To reach the venue by car you simply have to follow the A1 motorway and then turn into the Avenue Rd in Ellingham.
