Exclusively yours for the day, the house offers a true country house feel, with a welcoming Reception Hall, garden terrace and an elegant Drawing Room for you and your guests to relax in. There are 14 beautifully furnished guests rooms offering the ultimate luxury in overnight stay. If extra rooms are required there are local hotels situated just a short drive from the venue.

Hatfield Place is a stunning Grade II listed Georgian country house, located on the South Western boarder of Hatfield Peverel village. The house offers a perfect location nestled amongst wooded grounds and a delightful walled garden. Set back from the road, the house is approached by a tree lined driveway that leads to a large gravelled sweep to the front of the house.
The venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in a number of beautiful locations including the Walled Garden which is the perfect setting if you are considering an outdoor wedding. If your heart is set on a traditional church service, St. Andrews church and All Saints church are located just a short drive from the grounds.
This exquisite venue offers a range of versatile spaces with each room furnished in a contemporary yet elegant style. The Ballroom with subtle grey tones and rich silk draping offers a stylish and modern feel for your ceremony or wedding breakfast.
In addition to the country house, is the beautiful Walled Garden, landscaped over three tiers and carefully designed to create the perfect balance of the English country garden but with a modern-day twist.
The Ceremony Hall and Orangery both seat from 60 to 200 guests and provide a contemporary light filled space overlooking the picturesque view of the Walled Garden. This enchanted setting tucked away to ensure complete privacy will provide a truly unique location to hold your wedding and reception.
Our luxury Bridal Coach House together with fourteen beautifully furnished guest rooms are also available offering the ultimate indulgence in overnight stay - the perfect end to such a special day.
