Usage of the Space - The Grainstore is available for meetings and workshops. Loud music, parties, or any disruptive activities are not permitted.
The maximum capacity is:
Boardroom (Theatre Style): Up to 16 attendees.
Boardroom (Boardroom Style): Up to 10 attendees.
Breakout Meeting Room: Up to 6 attendees.
Total venue capacity: 30 attendees.
The Grainstore is booked exclusively, ensuring no other events will take place simultaneously.
The Grainstore is available for use from 09:00 to 17:00. Requests for extended hours must be made during booking, and additional charges apply at £50 for each additional half hour. A 30-minute setup and take-down period will be provided at no additional cost.
A Bolesworth staff member will greet you upon arrival and be available throughout the day if needed.
The hire includes: furniture, AV equipment, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, air conditioning, use of two toilets and a shower room available by prior arrangement.
Catering can be arranged through Bolesworth Events or brought in externally. Catering services are available at an additional cost—contact us for options and pricing.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment during their booking.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside The Grainstore.
The application of adhesives or any items to the walls is not allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
