What can be more dreamy than getting married at one of the most important castles in English history?
Colchester Castle is a Norman castle, erected in the second half of the 11th century. Its keep was built over the foundations of the Roman Temple of Claudius and is the largest in Europe. Since 1860, the castle has been home to Colchester Museum. It is now a Grade I listed building and a scheduled monument.

The beautifully decorated Charles Grey Room features an original wooden mantelpiece and large doors that open onto the museum galleries. It is a great space to enjoy a wedding breakfast with your family and friends.
And when night falls, the in-house DJ will get you on the dance floor and make sure you have a royally good time!
