Our venue is a spacious, heritage-listed school building from the 19th century, located near Crosby Marine Lake, the beach, and gardens. It is owned and managed by a registered charity which serves the needs of the local community.
The building features a wooden-floored sports and fitness area, as well as a carpeted hall with a fully equipped kitchen for catering. The two spaces can be separated by heavy wooden sliding doors.
This venue is ideal for public events, children's parties (primary age only and bookings for these taken directly for safeguarding reasons. ), fitness classes, and community activities. Additional amenities include toilet facilities, a separate cloakroom, an accessible toilet for those with disabilities or mobility needs, and baby changing facilities.
Our venue can be hired in two ways: hiring the adjoining halls with kitchen for larger group activities/ meetings or events, or hire the classrooms/ meeting room facility, which is ideal for smaller groups.
Our venue is utilised mainly for local activities for the benefit of the community and we host a weekly community meal at no cost. All hire fees fund our community activities which promote physical social and emotional wellbeing.
