Host rules
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas may be available outside.
2. Only alcohol purchased from the venue or provided by licensed vendors is allowed. Guests may be asked for ID to verify legal drinking age.
3. No nails, tacks, or adhesives that can damage walls or surfaces are permitted. Confetti, glitter, and open flames are typically not allowed.
4. **Noise Levels**: Music and noise must be kept at reasonable levels to comply with local noise ordinances. Outdoor events may have stricter time constraints.
5. The venue’s maximum capacity must not be exceeded for safety reasons.
6. All set-up and tear-down times must be adhered to as per the booking agreement. Any additional time may incur extra charges.
7. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult to ensure safety.
8. The client is responsible for leaving the venue in the same condition as it was found. Any damage to the property or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
9. Pets are generally not allowed unless they are service animals.
10. Events must start and end at the agreed times. Any overtime may result in additional fees.
11. The venue may require security personnel for larger events, to be arranged by the client or provided by the venue at an additional cost.
12. Guests must park in designated areas only. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
