Our Hybrid 360 package includes a 360° camera that captures a panoramic view of your meeting room along with Automatic zoom that responds to who’s speaking . This creates a more immersive experience, and remote team members can see all the employees present during the meeting. The unit has a built-in mic, and speaker system, specifically designed for creating a more immersive teleconference experience. It works with Zoom, Teams , Skype, Google Meet, and other video conference platforms

Technical support staff on-site, 5 dedicated high-speed internet lines.

Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue is situated in Edinburgh’s Old Town, just off the Royal Mile, midway between Edinburgh Castle and the Scottish Parliament. The venue was built in the 1860’s and has an incredibly packed history. It’s been used as a school, a cinema and even a Fringe theatre, before being converted into a meeting venue. Being right in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town and five minutes walk from Waverley Train Station, this is a great location to host your meeting, conference or training.

With high-tech facilities and a dedicated on-site support team, we can help you with the exact set-up you need and we have a genuine desire to make your event a success.

We work in partnership with various local hotels who offer a discount to our delegates attending events at our venue. We have an agreement with an NCP car park which is a few minutes walk away.
