The Operations Room of the Barnton Bunker is a highly versatile space with unique potential for a host of different events. The space is excellently suited for musical performances and events, immersive experiences, unique events and much more. The wide-open room is a blank slate that can be used for essentially anything the renter has a vision for. In addition to being a unique venue for social gatherings, the Operations Room could be an excellent filming location for historical, thriller, or apocalyptic films, photo shoots, or other media projects. The possibilities are endless!
The Bunker’s history gives it a unique vibe and guest experience unmatched in the city of Edinburgh. The location is highly accessible by car or public transportation, just outside of Edinburgh’s city centre.

About Barnton Bunker
Barnton Bunker is a nuclear Bunker built under Corstorphine Hill in Edinburgh. The bunker is situated on six acres of land with six thousand square meters of usable floor space over four different levels. One floor being above ground and three below ground.
The site is situated in a nature reserve and offers outstanding views over the firth of forth and the city of Edinburgh. We have two operation rooms that would be ideal for a variety of events such as music or art exhibitions.
