Our two interconnecting, flexible meeting rooms can be pre-booked for groups of 6 to 50 delegates, depending on set up. Both rooms feature smart TVs, complimentary super-fast WiFi, AV and lighting, air-conditioning, filtered water and conference stationery.

Our Hubs 1 & 2 are always hired together. They can be hired every day of the week for full day meetings, from 9am to 5pm, or for half day meetings.

Our Hubs 1 & 2 are always hired together. They can be hired every day of the week for full day meetings, from 9am to 5pm, or for half day meetings.

The room hire price for a full day meeting is £350.00.
The room hire price for a half day meeting is £300.00.
We offer a full day delegate rate package at £35.00 per person, for a minimum number of 15 delegates. The package includes: Rom hire, a working lunch (Buffet style ; wraps, soup, sandwiches and salad) all hire of AV, Stationery and Tea/coffee throughout the day. We can also add on snacks, upgrade to a hot buffet lunch and any other extras as required - please contact us for full prices.
The half day delegate rate package is £30.00 per person, for a minimum number of 8 delegates.
