3. Cleanliness: Please help us keep the event space clean and tidy. Dispose of waste in designated bins and leave the space in the same condition as when you arrived.
4. Noise Levels: While we encourage joy and laughter, please be considerate of other visitors and keep noise levels at a respectful volume.
5. Event Start and End Times: Kindly adhere to the agreed-upon booking start and end times to allow for smooth transitions between events.
6. Decorations: Feel free to personalize the space for your event, but please avoid damaging or altering the existing setup, including any mirrors, chalkboards, or furnishings. If you plan to introduce decorations not provided by Little Plaza, we kindly ask that you seek our approval beforehand to ensure compatibility with the space and its enchanting ambience.
7. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for the safety of their attendees. Please refrain from any activities that may compromise safety or well-being.
8. Event Size: Ensure that the number of attendees does not exceed the maximum capacity of the event space to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
9. Booking Changes: Any changes to booking details, including dates, times, or additional services, should be communicated and confirmed in advance, please see the cancellation policy.
10. Emergencies: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures provided by our staff upon arrival.
