Our single venue can accommodate 180-200 guests, with a seating capacity of 90, making it ideal for large gatherings like weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please note that we require a minimum booking of 80 guests, as the space is not separable.

For smaller, more intimate events, our adjacent café offers a cozy setting for up to 60 guests. It's perfect for casual get-togethers, meetings, or small celebrations, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Note: Alcohol licence until 1:00. All prices include VAT.

Pricing is based on the event. A seven-hour hire from Sunday to Thursday is £300, with a minimum bar spend, and extra hours are £50 each. For Friday and Saturday evenings, the hire rate is £500 for seven hours, also with a minimum bar spend. Weddings start at £750.

- Age Restrictions: Entry is restricted to individuals above the legal drinking age. Valid ID may be required.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age only. Intoxicated individuals will not be served and may be asked to leave. No outside drinks allowed.
- Drug-Free Environment: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately.
- Smoking Regulations: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and avoid smoking near entrances/exits.
- Security Procedures: Guests may undergo bag checks upon entry. Cooperation with security is required for everyone's safety.
- Noise Levels: Enjoy music and entertainment, but be mindful of noise, especially in quiet or residential areas.
- Lost and Found: We assist in locating and returning lost items, held for up to 4 weeks.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for their invitees' behavior. Damages to venue property will be charged to the responsible guest.
- Adherence to Local Laws: Comply with all local laws, including noise ordinances and public intoxication laws.
