A beautiful retail/gallery space that functions as a stylish florist during the daytime and a unique venue in the evening, located in the centre of Edinburgh. The space features a charming Dickensian shop front with astragal windows, a high-end modern interior finish, and a high-spec lighting system. It includes concrete wall finishes, bespoke concrete units, industrial elements, high ceilings, wooden floors, and perspex plinths adorned with high-end florals. The walls are adorned with artwork on loan from a specialist gallery.

The main ground floor space can accommodate 15-20 standing guests with flexibility to rearrange plinths/tables and is decorated with vases, flowers, and plants. It also features a clear tiled desk, service area, power outlets, and music. There are 5 steps leading up to the mezzanine level, which can accommodate 10 standing guests and features backlit shelving that can be tailored to suit the event. The central unit on the mezzanine level is suitable for displays, serving areas, or cocktail preparation.

For seated dinners, the downstairs area comfortably fits a 5-6ft round table with up to 12 diners, and other combinations or rectangular setups are possible. Upstairs, there is storage, preparation space, sink, and a coffee/tea area behind a pocket door, as well as a single WC and washbasin.
