This bright and open space is perfect for meetings, talks, presentations, film screenings, and classes with a capacity of up to 30 people sitting and 60 people standing. Located in the historic part of the building, the room offers privacy while still providing access to circulation areas. AV equipment is available for hire upon request.

Organisers will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the venue by negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the venue by you or your suppliers.
Should you fail to correct any aspect of poor or unacceptable behaviour, you may be asked to leave the premises. Should this happen, no monies will be refunded to you.
Things to consider when hiring a space at Edinburgh Printmakers:
Catering: Holy Cow acts as our on-site caterer. We will consider outside catering dependent on the booking details, but we recommend on-site catering for ease and access to facilities.
Confetti: Please do not throw paper confetti anywhere on site.
Candles/tea lights: No open flame is allowed at Edinburgh Printmakers.
Car Parking: There is no car parking at Edinburgh Printmakers.
Alcohol: Guests are only permitted to bring alcohol onto the premises upon agreement with Edinburgh Printmakers. Hirers are forbidden to sell alcohol.
Health & Safety: Please see Edinburgh Printmakers Health & Safety Policy. All electrical equipment brought on to the venue must have
Music: Music should be kept to a reasonable level and reduced if requested by Edinburgh Printmakers staff.
Photography: If a photographer is going to be a part of your event, please inform Edinburgh Printmakers beforehand to prevent possible copyright conflict.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Edinburgh Printmakers.
Responsible person: Please familiarise yourself with Fire Action and Evacuation signage on back of hire space doors. It is forbidden to block any fire exits with equipment, or to keep fire doors open. Please report to event staff if you have any queries regarding our Fire Safety policy.
Licences: The hirer is responsible for ensuring any licences required for the event are already in place.
Closing times: Hirers should contact the Events team to understand the closing times of the building and end times of the event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Our facilities are available for event hire. Perfect for a range of uses and set in the wonderfully creative home of Edinburgh Printmakers, our spaces include a Boardroom and a purpose-built Learning Studio.
Edinburgh Printmakers is only a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Haymarket train station or a 15-minute walk from Princes Street. We offer facilities for corporate hire as well as a range of other activities such as networking, conferences, workshops, creative practices, well-being activities, and private events.
We also offer reduced rates for charitable organisations.
