Our meeting room is designed for productive and engaging workshops, training and breakout sessions. It's optimized for seamless collaboration and interaction, with a smart interactive display that offers touch controls, digital whiteboarding and a high-resolution webcam.
The Wi-Fi network enables real-time video conferencing and screen sharing with remote participants, promoting inclusivity. Our meeting room has everything you need to succeed, inspiring collaboration and driving results. The room can accommodate up to 12 people.

Host rules
> Outside catering is allowed
> Reporting any damages caused during the event/function is the hirer’s responsibility, the hirer will be held
responsible if the damage has occurred during the period of hire, which will incur damage costs.
> Any accidents or concerns should be reported to the venue host or Origin Housing as soon as possible.
> Ensuring that rubbish is disposed of using the bins provided.
> Leaving the premises clean and tidy including furniture, which should be put back where it was found.
> Ensuring children are always supervised.
> Fire door should only be used in case of an emergency. The
hirer must ensure that individuals in their group do not use this door, unless in an emergency.
> Smoking within the building or directly in front of the premises entrance/exit is prohibited.
> Ensuring that alcohol is not sold on the premises.
> Users are violent or show aggression will be investigated and may be banned from booking halls in the future
and risk losing your deposit.
> You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your attendees and you are particularly careful
where children are involved.
> No candles allowed for fire safety purposes.
> All accidents or injuries must be reported to the venue host.
> Your booking is only confirmed once paid in full, together with a deposit of £100
> In the event of any damages occurring during the event/function, repair costs will be deducted from the initial
deposit. If the cost of repairs exceeds the initial deposit, the hirer agrees to pay any excess.

There are three distinct suits and a meet and greet area assigned for several purposes. Two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people and a large hall that can accommodate varying numbers of people a maximum of 50. Also have the facility to conduct activities from intimate gatherings to larger events, without feeling overcrowded or empty.
Furniture and fixtures are chosen or designed with versatility in mind, offering multiple functions or configurations to suit different needs.
