Lucia's Loft is a 314-square-foot creative space located on the 5th floor with elevator access, offering a central location with excellent transit links via train, subway, and bus. The loft is fully equipped with essential amenities including toilets, changing facilities, and a small kitchenette. The space features a conference table/large desk/dining table with adjustable seating for 14, perfect for meetings, consultations, and events.
Our loft offers high-speed internet, ambient lighting, a cozy sofa, a lush lounge chair, and a coffee table to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped massage bed, 15 durable yoga mats, 20 plush meditation cushions, two large whiteboards with markers, a crystal heart attuned singing bowl, a tea kettle with two mugs, and incense. We also provide brand promotion across our community. Lucia's Loft is designed to meet diverse needs, fostering creativity and connection in a versatile and well-appointed space.

Host rules
Bookings are non-refundable, transferrable, and cannot be rescheduled.
Bookings can be held as account credit if cancellation is made via email 72 hours prior to scheduled booking.
All account credits must be used within 60 days.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
The sharing of keys and access codes is strictly prohibited and can result in legal action. The cost of any lost keys will incur a charge.
Candles are NOT permitted in Lucia's Loft or any other open flames, inclusive of indoor smoking.
Those using the massage bed must provide their own sheets/blankets that will be taken with them when they leave.
No pets are allowed in the space unless there has been prior written approval.
For those using the yoga mats, please wipe down all mats with the cleaner provided at the end of your booking window.
All trash must be taken with you and furnishing returned to its original place at the end of your booking window.
Any damage to the premises or equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance for their event.
We recommend that clients obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Lucia's Loft is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your event.
Excessive noise or disturbance that disrupts neighboring properties may result in termination of the event and forfeiture of payment.
Clients must adhere to noise regulations and local ordinances. (Just please be mindful.)
Clients may bring in outside catering services, subject to approval.
Alcohol may be served at events with appropriate licensing and compliance with all legal requirements.
Lucia's Loft reserves the right to prohibit the service or consumption of alcohol if deemed necessary.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
