• Cleanliness: Wash, dry, or place dishes in the dishwasher. Take care of guests items.
• Cooking: Only the coffee maker and microwave are allowed.
• Food Storage: Label and date all food in the refrigerator; theBeyond may dispose of items.

Events
• Scheduling: Please discuss event scheduling, guest policy, insurance requirements, and fees with staff.

General Rules:
• Access Areas: Do not obstruct sidewalks, halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators, and stairways.
• Smoke-Free: No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances. Designated smoking areas only.
• Prohibited Items: No flammable, combustible, or explosive materials. No unauthorised heating or air conditioning.
