Studio Rules
1. Respect the Space: Treat the studio equipment, props, backdrops, and furniture with care and respect. Any damage caused by negligence will result in additional charges.
2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.
3. Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels during your shoot to respect neighboring businesses and tenants.
4. Cleanliness: Please leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Clean up any mess or clutter before you leave.
5. Time Management: Respect your booked time slot and be ready to start and finish on time. Overtime charges may apply for exceeding the agreed rental period.
6. Guest Limit: Be mindful of the maximum capacity of the studio space and ensure you do not exceed the allowed number of guests. If you need more guests please let us know in advance.
7. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the premises. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
8. Pets: Unless otherwise specified, pets are not allowed in the studio.
9. Food and Beverages:* Please consult with the studio management regarding policies on food and beverages inside the studio.
10. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the studio's emergency procedures and exits in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
