The Looking Glass Room is a private space full of character. Inspired by Guildford and Alice in Wonderland, the room displays colourful prints and artwork.
Our private covered terrace, just beside the dining room, is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. We’re ready to host morning teas and evening celebrations.

- Main: The Ivy Classic shepherd’s pie with peas, slow-braised lamb and beef, Cheddar mash, rosemary and red wine sauce
- Dessert: Classic frozen berries with frozen yoghurt and white chocolate sauce

- Starters (choice of one): Tossed Asian salad with hoisin sauce, steak tartare with toast, or buffalo mozzarella with lovage pesto
- Mains (choice of one): Blackened cod fillet, truffle chicken Milanese, or chargrilled halloumi with harissa grains
- Desserts (choice of one): Crème brûlée, profiteroles, or classic frozen berries

About The Ivy Castle View
There is something for everyone in our restaurant, from vegan dishes to artistic indoors and chill outdoors. Divided into two floors, we have space for private dining and a terrace that resembles Parisian style. It offers
beautiful views of the Guildford Castle.
Our main restaurant and bathroom can be accessed via a lift from the shopping centre below. Our private dining room can be accessed by wheelchair users via our main entrance.
