The Dove Inn at Alburgh is a venue with many elements, making it the perfect, versatile option for a celebration event.

Set in one acre of beautiful mature gardens in the heart of the Waveney Valley, there is space inside and out to occupy and be creative with. We can work with you to achieve your dream wedding, with space to add the finishing touches that you require and that works with your budget.

Our restaurant lounge has the capacity to seat up to 60 for a sit-down meal and can accommodate 120 people standing. We have a separate bar area and can offer full catering from initial reception with canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet.

There is room in our lounge to rearrange seating to accommodate a live band or disco style entertainment if an evening reception is required.

In addition, we specialise in naked wedding cakes, with fresh fruit or flower toppers, please ask for details if this is of interest.

The Dove Inn has accommodation in the form of 2 double ensuite rooms that can be set up with double beds or as twins for guests that need to stay over for your special day. We also have the luxury of a 2 bedroom flat with a kitchen, sitting room, bath, and shower facilities on site. This can be hired for either the bridal party or grooms party to use overnight and to get ready on the day of your wedding. Breakfast can be provided, and we have been known to get out the ironing board to support guests getting to the wedding service on time and wrinkle free!

The team at the Dove Inn are experienced in managing events and will support you from the date of booking. With lots of local contacts relating to photography, invitation design, entertainment, transport, floristry, and managing catering for specific dietary difficulties, you will find yourself in safe and knowledgable hands.
