About this space

Our beautiful Longwater suite can hold up to 140 people standing and 120 seated. This is a popular space for private parties, dinners, meetings, and conferences.

Included are wifi, a projector, access to our sound system, and an exclusive bar and toilets.

With ample on-site parking, disabled access on the ground floor, and air conditioning throughout, each of our function rooms can be hired separately or together for the morning, the entire day, or just the evening and can accommodate a variety of private functions and corporate events.

Hampton Court Palace Golf Club is a stylish, contemporary venue that is perfect for any conference, product launch, or business meeting. The golf club provides a venue close to London and the main transport links of the M3, A3, and London Waterloo station.

We also have outdoor space and grounds for a Marquee, set deep in the heart of the Royal Park, yet only 15 miles from central London with easy access to Heathrow airport, motorways, and direct train links, Hampton Court Golf Club provides the perfect venue for memorable business events. A large car park directly outside our front doors makes for easy access and complimentary car parking which is hard to find in such a busy area.

From small board meetings, conferences, team building, and networking events, we can accommodate up to 120 delegates. Our experienced hospitality team is on hand to ensure every aspect of your meeting runs smoothly throughout the day.

Break up your day with lunch on the Terrace, a walk-in wildlife with over 400 deer roaming the Royal Park, Swing Away on our Grass Driving Range or take on our golf course.
