With 15-metre-high platforms, you’ll need to engage both your mind and body as you scale the tree to tree crossings that make up this high ropes course. The 11-metre Plummet is not for the fainthearted, but it is the quickest way back down to earth! If we said some thrill-seekers use this as a bungee warm-up, we think you’ll get the picture!

About Go Ape Temple Newsam
There’s a stately feel to Go Ape Temple Newsam, despite being situated just four miles from the centre of Leeds.
Based on estate grounds with a 500-year-old country mansion and beautiful woodlands, you’ll feel like Lord and Lady.
One of the many brilliant things about this course is that no matter how challenging the obstacles are, the permanent belay is quietly reassuring.
So, once you’re hooked on, that’s it for the duration. All you need to do is concentrate on is having fun.
When you’re done, slip the harness off and head over to the Manor House, a truly impressive Tudor-Jacobean mansion described as one of the best stately homes in Britain.
The famous ‘Capability’ Brown designed the concept for the grassland, woodlands, views and vistas.
Sit back and enjoy a picnic in the lakeside garden or the Georgian walled garden. Alternatively, head over to the Tea Rooms for a bite to eat. If you’re partial to a bit of shopping, there’s also a gift shop.
Temple Newsam is also home to an award-winning rare breed conservation farm which is one of the best-loved family attractions in Leeds.
