Party hard in privacy with the Flanagan’s experience in our upstairs room. Hire the whole floor for any event, with seating for up to 80 and a total capacity of 120 guests. This space is equipped for every occasion, from AV options, to its own private bar and music facilities to make your event truly unforgettable. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll handle the rest.
*This space is on our upper floor level, unfortunately this isn't accessible for a wheelchair as it is reached via stairway access. This space isn't accessible unfortunately.

By pre-ordering a welcome drink option or from one of our drinks party packages you do receive a discount as opposed to ordering on the night.

Host rules
-No smoking inside the building
- BYO bottle alcohol not allowed
- Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Host Venue (including, but not limited to, music equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, and any other property of the Host Venue) caused during the event times on the event date is your responsibility and will be charged to you at full replacement cost. Etc.

Split across 3 floors, there's plenty of space and something to suit all.
We have a great private room called 'The Craic' which is bookable for 120 guests standing capacity and is often booked for private parties, networking events, corporate get together and more,
