This modern, sleek coffee and wine bar is located in the lobby of a commercial building. With seating for 45, the venue can accommodate up to 80 guests for partially standing events. The stylish space provides a versatile setting, perfect for both casual and formal gatherings.
There are two areas equipped with DJ outputs, making it ideal for lively, music-filled events. To hire the space, a minimum of 20 guests is required. There is a £200 deposit required to secure a booking and a £500 minimum spend on the day. The £200 deposit is deducted from the final bill.
The bar is open Monday through Sunday, with last orders at 10:45 p.m.

Alerta is a coffee and wine bar located in the heart of the business district. Perfect for birthday parties, work events, baby showers, hen do’s, general parties or drink receptions. We serve bar snacks, wine, beer, ciders and soft drinks.
The space has 45 covers, but we can host a maximum of 80 guests for a partially standing event. There is also an output for a DJ in two areas.
