The Cornhill Room provides a comfortable, flexible event space with natural daylight and air conditioning. This room can accommodate a variety of set up styles, for up to 18 delegates.
Our Room Hire package includes free Wi-Fi, a large screen LED television, unlimited tea, coffee, water, and a selection of biscuits. There will be accessible power outlets for all delegates to meet your connectivity needs. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel.
- Alcohol consumed on-site must be purchased from the hotel.
Catering and Food Policy
- Catering can be provided by the hotel or an approved third-party supplier.
- Breakfast and lunchtime catering requests must be submitted at least three working days before the event, as external suppliers may be used.
- Evening and dinner catering requests must be submitted at least seven days before the event and are subject to availability. Groups of 10 or more will be served buffet-style dining.
- At the hotel's discretion and with at least 24 hours notice, organisers may use takeaway apps from local suppliers. The hotel will provide crockery and cutlery, but food must be consumed in the meeting room and not in public areas. Guests should consider the meeting room check-out time when ordering.
Meeting Room Access and Availability
- Meeting rooms are available from 7:00 am on the day of booking.
- Early access for setup the night before must be arranged in advance.
- The Cornhill Room must be vacated by 9:00 pm.

Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre is situated in Liverpool City Centre opposite the Albert Docks, adjacent to M&S Bank Arena, and just a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station with onsite parking for delegates.
Our Cornhill Suite is flexible and can host between 2 and 50 delegates, depending on your needs, with some great affordable room hire and day delegate rates on offer. It is equipped with a large LCD television to present from, included in all pricing. Onsite we also offer, printing & copying services, scanners and printers, as well as free Wi-Fi. Whilst we encourage pre-bookings, wider catering options are also available as an add-on to hire-only bookings, and smaller meetings are welcome to dine from our extensive Hampton Lounge Menu.
