15 Bateman St is a blank canvas with flexible space spread across two floors for any type of event.

Our beautiful Victorian frontage can provide the perfect shop window or a discreet entrance.

We have front street access for on/off loading, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, integrated sound system throughout, fully adjustable flood and spot lighting, Wifi, CCTV, alarm and intercom.

Overall great experience working with Michael and Matthew - super flexible and accommodating with our concept and vision. Our classic shop front leads to a deceptively large two floor space, with a unique and stylish interior.

We are located in the very heart of Soho’s theatre and restaurant district.
