About this space
Bankside Gallery is an ideal venue for private and corporate events.
The Gallery is situated on the south bank of the Thames – just a bridge away from the City.
Home to two Royal Societies, contemporary exhibitions featuring watercolours and prints provide an elegant and sophisticated backdrop to any event. It is a unique and distinctive setting in a friendly and stylish atmosphere.
Whether you are planning corporate hospitality, a book launch, a wine tasting or a birthday party our helpful and experienced
staff can advise with every stage of your plans.
We do not charge corkage fees and we have no tied caterers, but we can offer recommendations.
Our gallery space can accommodate up to 200 guests standing for a drinks reception, or up to 30 guests for a seated event.

Hiring the gallery for an exhibition:
Hired on a weekly basis (Monday - Sunday)
Hiring the gallery for an evening event:
Hired by the hour, from 6pm, (latest 11pm)
Please note the gallery is not available for hire during daytime as we are open to the public for exhibitions.
Events must be professionally catered (no self catering please).
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

About Bankside Gallery
Our delightful ground floor Gallery in Bankside, central London's newest cultural quarter, is approximately 200 square metres in size with 100 square metres of hanging space.
The mood is cool, spacious and very modern in feel. Bankside Gallery is an ideal venue for both contemporary art exhibitions and private and corporate events.
On the south bank of the Thames, just across the Millennium Bridge from the City and St Paul’s Cathedral, we are next to Tate Modern and the south entrance of Blackfriars Station.
