Excellent location, lovely hotel, friendly operations team member (Chris) who accommodated me on the day, exceptional operations team member (Beatriz) who assisted me in booking the right room. Overall a very positive experience for me and for my workshop participants.
The room took a long while to get warm (it was 16 degrees in the morning when we started at 8:30, and it reached around 20 degrees at noon). I'd also like better soundproofing - I could hear what was going on in the corridor outside.
