You don’t need to be on the board to attend, but it helps. The Boardroom is our largest, grandest and most prestigious space.

Present from the 82” touch screen TV; get creative on the whiteboard wall, even take a snap of your handy-work on the digital whiteboard. Inclusions: SmartTV, Flipchart, High-speed WiFi, Pens & Pads, Filtered Still & Sparkling Water, Creative Whiteboard Wall, Espresso Machine and a selection of teas.

I would definitely book again as the room was very airy, the refreshments were topped up regularly, staff were very friendly and helpful (Yvette was lovely and the girl who topped up the refreshments - I didn't get her name). A very positive experience. Please note we only booked half-day and the quote in this review is for the full day which we'd initially queried.
The only observation I would make is that the WiFi is open so some of the attendees were reluctant to use it as not secure. Otherwise the WiFi was really good and fast.
