This attractive vintage warehouse location has multiple large studio spaces set over 3 floors which house an abundance of quirky but stylish furniture pieces and props that can be used to stage an event or shoot. There is a large kitchen with 2 commercial ovens for catering, a roof terrace with a fantastic view across London, a beautifully decaying conservatory, a rock stars pad, all designed with a mixture of industrial chic and eccentric grandeur.

The building also boasts full height roller shutter access, additional kitchenettes on each floor, ample parking, a cozy garden space and good transport links to Central and East London by road and rail.

Our new studio locations at Friendly Place, Deptford, was built in the 1930s as a spice warehouse. This 7500 sq ft gem is set in its own private road, spread over four floors including the 1500 sq ft roof top with an absolutely stellar view. This is a perfect place for your next big creative project or big party.
