About Morso London
At MORSO we serve some of the best Fresh Pasta in town, small bites of mouth-watering Italian food alongside our selection of unique Italian Grappa Cocktails!
Created by chef Paolo Vernetti (Jamie's, Carluccio's) and partners Vanessa Vaz, Barak Peled, and Barry McCaughley, Morso is an independent, community-centered restaurant serving fresh pasta and small Italian bites, with a carefully balanced line of grappa-based cocktails.
The fresh pasta and small bites menu include signature creations like the Egg Yolk Raviolo and Welsh lamb Scottadito alongside more familiar recipes like the tagliatelle cacio e pepe and a pappardelle with shin ragu.
