Very helpful events team. Really helped with the journey of planning the event, and ensured it mostly went to plan. The food was exceptional and got a lot of compliments. The hotel itself is very presentable and was great as a venue for the wedding.
Being right on Hanger Lane, I’ve never known a time in the last 30 years when there’s not heavy traffic. A lot of us suffered with this. The reception staff are poor. Rude on the telephone to relatives who were querying their bookings, and generally the weakest link of the hotel. Everyone else from the waiting staff in the restaurant, to the events team were excellent!
