Built in brick in the elegant Queen Anne revival style, the house contains Freud’s study, preserved just as he left it.
It boasts several atmospheric function rooms and a large, meticulously maintained garden.
The house is situated in picturesque Hampstead, within easy reach of public transport (a 10-minute tube ride from central London).
We have hosted cocktail parties, wedding receptions, corporate dinners, away days, book launches, filming and more.

About Freud Museum London
Our museum was the home of Sigmund Freud and his family when they escaped Austria in 1938.
It contains Freud's remarkable collection of antiquities: Egyptian; Greek; Roman and Oriental. Almost 2,000 items fill cabinets and are arranged on every surface.
The perfect venue for small meetings, away days, seminars, meetings, book launches, lectures, wedding receptions, film projections and conferences.
