Host rules

If you overrun your hired slot by 10 minutes or more, you will be charged for an
extra hour.
Any equipment belonging to Associated Studios damaged by the hirer will be charged back at the full repair/replacement costs.
You will be expected to return the space in the condition it was found. Please put away any furniture you have used, switch off any equipment and wash up any used crockery and cutlery. Please take your rubbish outside and place in the large bins in front of the building.
Should the space not be returned to the state and cleanliness it was on arrival, we reserve the right to invoice for an additional cleaning fee.

About Associated Studios

We are delighted to offer three beautiful studios for hire in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, West London. With Portobello Road and Westfield only a short walk away, our studios are perfect for a variety of uses.

All of our studios are of a generous size and all offer wooden floorboards, clean white walls and plenty of natural daylight.

Our spaces are perfect for all sorts of events and hire including dance classes, auditions, rehearsal spaces, yoga classes, singing lessons, castings, photoshoots, business meetings and presentations to name a few.
