About this space

The Building Society offers a good sized flexible meeting and conferencing space, which works well in various layouts. The space is ideal for conferences, workshops, training sessions, board meetings, panel discussions, and other gatherings of up to 120 people. In addition our adjacent lounge area can work well to supplement your event which holds 120 people for a reception.

This space supports exceptional AV equipment which includes dual flatscreen TVs, Zoom conferencing, surround sound, microphones with video recording also available.

Charged at just £7pp our standard meeting package is a great option for your business meetings with visitors. Included is tea & coffee and a cake or biscuit.

• Breakfast
Our breakfast package is £12pp and includes fruit juice, tea & coffee, pastry, and a yogurt or fruit pot.

• Lunch
Our standard lunch package is a popular choice for all-day meetings and is £15pp. Included are a choice or selection of sandwiches or salads, tea & coffee, juice, and sweet treats.

• Premium Lunch
For that extra special lunch try our premium option which is £20pp. Included is a choice of dishes, tea & coffee, juice and savory snacks,s and sweet treats.

Catering can be arranged for events as part of the events package, and you can choose from a different event option depending on the event you are holding. Prices vary subject to the menu choices but range from £18pp to £30pp.

A really really positive experience - couldn't recommend enough. Raquel was lovely and super helpful. The venue was great for our combination of a talk & networking (there were separate spaces for each so both could go on at the same time - something we haven't really found in other venues)
