Part of a worldwide network, the Institut français du Royaume-Uni promotes French language and brings the best of French culture to the broadest audience. With a great number of partners, the Institut also develops cross-cultural cooperation and Franco-British educational projects throughout the UK.

Located in central London and open 7 days a week, the Institut houses a language centre, two cinemas, a multi-media library and a children’s library. Each year, it welcomes around 200,000 people from all generations, thanks to its film screenings, debates, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, digital workshops and children’s events.
