A sweeping staircase from Bar 190 leads you down into the impressive Tapestry Room. Flanked by two vast stone fireplaces, replete with panelled walls, gilded mirrors and French Verdue tapestries.
Used for a variety of different events from album launch parties to London Fashion Week catwalks, private dinners to financial planning meetings, The Tapestry lends itself to the ordinary, extraordinary and everything else in between.
It is the perfect backdrop for private parties, taking the lead from The Rolling Stones who hosted their "Beggars Banquet" album release in 1968 in The Tapestry Room.
The Mulberry room is situated beside the Tapestry Room which is perfect for a break out room for meetings and a drinks receptions for any event.

We held our wedding reception at the Gore Hotel and have been extremely impressed with everything - the beautiful traditional venue as well as the professionalism, flexibility and helpfulness of all the staff starting from our Event manager Penelope to the reception manager and concierge to the restaurant staff on the day - they made our day absolutely perfect and nothing was too much trouble. I would heartily recommend the Gore Hotel to everyone!

The Neelam really planned my birthday. It was very classy and posh. Everyone loved it. The hotel was amazing OMG. Food is delicious. Thank you so much. I will definitely have my party again and again in this beautiful hotel. I can't fault it. The staffs were amazing. Thank you once again.
