About this space

Atelier 1, located within Mama Shelter London, features lighting that's designed to mimic natural daylight and can be adjusted with a dimmer control to provide full blackout if needed.

The room is fully air-conditioned and comes equipped with a range of AV technology to help facilitate your event, including a 65" flat screen with wireless Clickshare technology, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and a four-channel Bose sound system with connections for microphones and DJ inputs.

You'll also have access to a bean-to-cup coffee machine and drinks chiller, as well as flipcharts as required.

When it's time to take a break, you and your guests can relax in the sofa seating breakout area.

Lack of space will not be a problem as we are able to accommodate up to 45 people in this room so you can book us now!

Clickshare system
The Hotel provides the Customer with a « Clickshare » pack, a system allowing the sharing of content for screen projection in the meeting room. The Customer shall be liable for the loss or damages to the equipment provided for the amount of £400 VAT included.

Noise & Disturbance
In order to respect our in-house guests and neighbourhood, the Customer cannot broadcast music in the Workshop before 8 am or after midnight. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in case of non-compliance with this clause. In addition, Guests are expected to respect the peaceful and quiet stay of the other habitants in the rooms. Consequently, phone calls and meetings in the corridor are not permitted.

Nametags and display
In order to preserve the convivial spirit and atmosphere of the Hotel, nametags and displays are not allowed in any of the common areas.
