About this space
The Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell is located on the picturesque St John’s Square and a unique property in the heart of London, equally well positioned for the City, the West End and the Eurostar. With sumptuous interiors by Russell Sage, a tailor-made feast created by The Zetter Group Chef and accompanied by delicious cocktails make for a winning combination.
The townhouse Clerkenwell also has 13 individually designed bedrooms offering your guests an experience to remember!
We do offer the option of exclusive use. I hope you will agree on what a unique opportunity it is to hold the keys to Townhouse and all its contents, with sumptuous interiors by Russell Sage, a tailor-made feast created by The Zetter Group Chef and delicious cocktails. This all makes for a winning combination and perfect setting for your event. The property is yours from 3pm on your arrival day until departure the following day at 11am, everyone is welcome to enjoy food and drinks on arrival and up until 1am. The more detailed planning will follow this initial proposal and as a guide, we typically find when the whole house is hired, those staying overnight usually check in and enjoy some food and drink at their leisure, then the party usually starts around 7pm with any other guests arriving from this time.
Exclusive hire pricing of course depends on availability and demand, however, to give you a rough idea Clerkenwell starts from £18,000.00 per night including all the 13 bedrooms. About The Zetter Clerkenwell
A 13-bedroom Georgian townhouse with an award-winning cocktail lounge located just on the historic St John's Square, this unique property feels like the private residence of an eccentric (and fabulous!) Great Aunt.
At the Clerkenwell townhouse you can enjoy a private dinner in the quirky opulence of The Dining Room, throw a cocktail party in The Games Room, or hire the whole house for a fabulous celebration!
Our event spaces are ideal for board meetings up to 22 people or in banquet style up to 36 people. The Games room is fully equipment with the latest video conferncing tecnology.
