About this space
Bright white with original grey gloss concrete flooring, the space has a cool industrial feel and the 6 giant sky lights flood the interiors with natural light.
Offering original warehouse features from this ex leather and silk factory, with ceiling heights of 6.5 metres, high and wide sliding dock doors accommodating vehicle access for easy event set up and large prop access.
The building has step free access, ground floor toilets, a 800 sq ft mezzanine area for wardrobe, makeup area, office area, green room or break out space. 3 phase electricity, WiFi. Off street parking can be arranged at additional cost.
We have a fitted bar facility with an excellent list of private caterers that can be brought in for special functions, or you can bring your own food or have hot box deliveries. There is a premises drinks licence up to 11pm with capacity to seek Temporary Event Notices if needed for later hours or where the licence doesn't cover events.
If Black Swan Studios isn’t quite right for your project but you still need a base set up, the studio can be used as a large in door parking facility, production office, or storage base too.

About Black Swan Yard Studios
A newly refurbished 3,500sq ft ground floor space with a 500 sqft mezzanine area and 1,000 Sq Foot Office space just 7 mins walk from London Bridge station and 4 mins walk to Tower Bridge. With its high ceilings, white walls, and grey floor it's an airy, light filled, and a blank canvas. Its a flexible space and the ideal venue for dressing as you wish, or leaving the space light and open for your gallery viewing.
Previous events are: Theatre rehearsal space; film & video shoots, photographic and adverting shoots; filming of TV programs; film location hub; exhibitions and product launches; BitCoin conferences; gallery space; company team building sessions and various pop-up markets.
We have a premises licence and bar area with the ability for catering to be brought in for special functions. 5 toilets. We benefit from having 3 phase electricity and a loading bay with high sliding doors. Off-street parking is available upon request and at an additional cost. Good Wifi coverage and views of the Shard which are amazing at night in the winter.
