About this space

The North terrace is available for Exclusive hire, where we can accommodate up to 100 people for drinks and canapés (standing reception) or up to a maximum of 40 people for a seated lunch (12 pm to 4 pm) or dinner (5.30 pm until midnight). It is an outdoor space which is fully covered and heated.
There is a £ 2,000 room hire + £ 3,000 minimum spend charge for exclusive use of the above terrace.

The room hire charge includes VAT and will be additional to all food and beverage consumed, equipment hire and other services provided. A discretionary service charge of 15 % will be added to your final food and beverage bill.

The food and service was great, the staff were helpful and kept us informed of the budget and was firm to keep within restrictions. We had a fab time and were allowed to play music and have singers in a beautiful setting.
The décor of the building is a bit tired and the toilets need a refresh but other than that the setting is beautiful and the staff are helpful, professional and very attentive.

The organisations of the event was brilliant, the staff contacted me a couple of weeks before the event to go over my pre-order and ensure everything was in order. Juan, who took care of our table, was very attentive and even allowed us to return some of the bottles that went unused/weren't opened. Beautiful venue, lovely staff and overall excellent experience.

Very good food and excellent service. We had an issue with our seating plan and that was solved instantly and seamlessly.
We were told there was a microphone for speeches but there wasn't.
