The venue. The quality and quantity of the food. The attention to detail of the in-house event coordinators prior to event.
Failure or electronic till on day of event meant private bar closed early and guests unable to use bar tokens to get a free drinks. However venue did refund bar fund surplus

Responded to requests and questions promptly. Open direct about any limitations on numbers etc. and pricing. Flexi about buffet dishes available whilst staying within pricing structure, (important as this avoided any surprise cost increases).Caribbean 3 course buffet was excellent. On the day of event different staff took over from usual contact but excellent handover.
Read long winded contract. DJ on day of event pointed out we agreed to noise limiters. Dj was still excellent.

The service was great, very accommodating, polite Layout/delivery of the food was great also. Would recommend for venue, especially where its located and free parking after 5pm was a bonus.
The food we ordered was Caribbean theme which unfortunately did not met our expectation. The food lack seasoning, the chicken was too pale (white) and the plantain was more plantain crisps ( very hard). The salad was great and the service.
