Great location. Room was good size for number of people we had (19). Mira was so helpful and it was handy to have a phone in the room to call when we needed help. They were very accommodating to the various changes we were making to the number of attendees. They were very accommodating storing items we sent ahead of the day. Great they had milk alternative in the fridge.
Couldn't be helped but there was building works somewhere in the building so there was very loud drilling and hammering while we had our meeting. The team were very responsive when I asked for more teaspoons, milk and water bottles during our coffee break but it would have been better if they were replenished at the time of the coffee break, as we had a small window for our coffee break and then we were waiting for the spoons and milk. There was a very small bottle of milk for the number of people in the room (19) There are only single toilets, rather than multiple stalls so just consider this as I had 19 people in my meeting and there was a queue each time we had a break. I asked about the air conditioning as it was very stuffy but I'm not sure if they were able to resolve.
